The Hiring Solutions – Hiring Package takes the guesswork out of filling a vacant position. This package includes everything you need to find that person who has the capability to become a superior performer within your company. Packages are currently available for these positions:

This package includes:

· A professionally written employment advertisement created specifically for the Position you are filling.

·  Sample interview questions designed to target the 13 key attributes required for superior performance.

· Two Online assessments that will predict a candidate’s Behavior (How) and Key Attributes (What they have the ability to do).

· Comparison report showing the candidates score to the job benchmark created specifically for your position to see how well this individual will fit in the position available.

· 22 Page coaching report which will provide insight as to How the candidate will respond within your company.

This assessment measures 37 separate areas and ranks them in terms of importance to the job. Thirteen (13) of the 37 areas are key to superior performance. Without proper matches in these 13 key areas, superior performance will not happen.
