What Information Does ProfitMaxx Track?

From one simple daily timesheet, ProfitMaxx produces over 45 written reports and 500 pieces of information on each tech, comparing tech to tech within your company. Below are just a few items that are tracked:
  • Manager-Applied Time – This is time the owner/service manager directed the tech to do other things and NOT to be in the field
  • Unapplied time – Time that is unaccounted for by the tech
  • Completion Percentage – Percent of the time the job was completed on the initial call. If it was not completed, why not?
  • Billed Index – This shows if the tech is underbilling the customer for work that was actually performed.
  • Service Agreement Time – Average time it takes each tech to perform the service agreement.
  • Service Agreement Sales – Number of service agreements each tech sells, and renews, compared to the other techs.
  • Sales Leads Generated – the number of qualified sales leads generated by each tech
