What is ProfitMaxx?
ProfitMaxx
provides the service manager/owner the opportunity to properly manage the three areas of
his or her service
department: demand service, maintenance programs and "ProfitSmart"
Activities (generating sales leads and selling service
agreements). You will set 24 Key Performance
Indicators for each technician based on reviewing over 30,000
service tickets from across the trades industry. ProfitMaxx software will accurately
track each tech's daily activity. Once problem areas are
identified, they can then be easily corrected. The entire program
