Profit University Audio Series

All membership levels give you full access to the Profit University Audio Series. Log into the Advantage portal and gain access to this months featured program as well a library of 275+ past programs covering most any area of your business. Plus, there is a new program every month.

Advantage Webinars 

Take advantage of bi-monthly webinars for your team. Bi-monthly webinars are led by members of the Grandy team and cover topics that range from refining your budget, succession planning, Exceptional Customer Service, Communications for Contractors, Best, Better, Good selling and more. Each webinar will be recorded and posted in the portal for 120 days after the program air date. Share them with your entire team.

Monthly Coaching

We will set up a regularly scheduled time slot where we will spend up to two hours each month reviewing your financials and helping you manage those areas of inefficiency out of your company. Have an area that you have questions? Labor Pricing Review

AdvantageGold who are users of our Labor Pricing for a Profit software, we will schedule a separate session twice per year to review your pricing numbers with you. Not yet a user?
