Our registrations are processed and materials shipped immediately upon receipt. Once the items are shipped, any cancellations will be given a 50% refund. You may also opt for a credit that can be used for a future class. The credit will expire after 1 year.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee only applies after the participant has attended the class.
Monthly Subscriptions
There are no long term contracts with our monthly subscriptions and you can cancel at anytime. If cancelled during the middle of the subscription cycle, then you will have access until the end of that billing period. This policy applies to Contractor Academy, the Planning for Profit Software, the Roadmap to Success, and the Training Tiers.
Onboarding On Demand
Access is granted to the on-demand course immediately upon payment. To receive a full refund, there must not be any recorded activity within the course. Any activity on the course will forfeit all refunds. If an employer purchased this for an employee who no longer works for them, you have the option to keep it as a credit for a future employee. The credit will expire after 1 year.
Downloadable Products
There are no refunds on downloadable products.
