The DISC courses cover three different sciences. Our assessments give you a deeper understanding into each person’s behaviors, motivators, and skills. This multi-science approach is what sets us apart from our competitors’ single science approach.

The First Science – DISC.  DISC is an acronym that stands for 4 different behavioral styles.  Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.  This is NOT a personality style but a behavioral style that others can clearly see by observing.  Are they extroverted or introverted?  Do they prefer to work with people or tasks?  Do they make quick decisions or need time to think it over?  DISC shows you “how” people behave.  When you line up a person’s behavioral style with the appropriate career, they will excel at their job!

The Second Science – Motivators and Driving Forces. These are the underlying things that “drive” us towards action.  There are 6 motivators and they cover the areas of knowledge, utility, surroundings, others, power, and methodologies.  When a person’s “driver” is being met, they will feel rewarded.  If a person can line up their driving force with their career, then they will feel rewarded at the end of the day.  If not, then they will seek to find that fulfillment elsewhere.

The Third Science – DNA Skills. These are the personal skills that a person has developed on the job.  Things like conflict management, customer focus, project management, teamwork, decision making, flexibility, goal orientation and interpersonal skills. There are a total of 25 skills that are measured in the assessment.  Knowing the skills that a person brings to the job will help you maximize their strongest skills for high performance.  It will also give you an idea if any type of training might be needed.  A person can improve in these skills if they are teachable and if you have the time to train them.

Yes. Every course is self-paced, allowing learners to start, pause, and resume lessons whenever it fits their schedule.
Absolutely. While some courses are designed for onboarding, many focus on leadership, business operations, financial management, communication, and professional development for experienced team members.
They allow you to provide consistent training across the organization, accelerate employee development, improve communication, strengthen leadership, and help businesses build more capable teams over time.
Each learning format serves a different purpose. Individual online courses are ideal for flexible, self-paced learning and ongoing development. Instructor-led online training provides live interaction and expert guidance without travel, while in-person training offers hands-on collaboration, group discussions, and immersive learning experiences. Many contractors achieve the best results by combining all three as part of a long-term employee development strategy.
