Bill Kinnard will walk you through how to enter in YOUR financials and build your company model. Through the software, you’ll discover what your breakeven rate should be for jobs and what you should be charging per hour to cover your costs, while generating the profits you want.
You’ll also learn how to use the proposal tool, the job pricing calculator, read the reports for cash flow management and profit analysis.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a working company model to launch your business forward. Also included is:
