More people are coming into HVAC with no previous experience. This course is designed to complement your onboarding process for new employees by providing a comprehensive overview of residential systems. This information will allow new team members to have better conversations with other employees as well as the customers you serve.
This virtual class is presented on-demand which makes viewing simple on a computer, phone, or tablet. With 14 lessons, new employees can watch a few each week and then meet with their manager to discuss how to apply what they have learned. Two quizzes are incorporated to solidify the knowledge and requires the employee to pass the course with a score of 80% or better. They will have 60 days to complete the course.
